Dear Supporters! Dear Friends!
We organised a school trip for the pupils of the Ady Endre Primary School in Berhida, Veszprém County.
The question that may arise is why this school is so special and needed our help. First and foremost, it is special in that it is a German nationality language school and a primary art school, with a large number of pupils of Roma origin, many of whom have outstanding academic and artistic achievements.
In partnership with the school and the Foundation, a Good Student programme will be launched, whereby at the end of the year, children with good grades will be able to go on a class trip, part fun and part educational, as a reward for their hard work and diligence. This class trip is only the first step in the programme, as we want to continue this initiative to show all pupils that with hard work, diligence, attention and willpower, dreams can come true, wherever you come from.
The class trip consisted of an exciting programme, including a performance by the Budapest Circus entitled "Stars, Needles in the Sky", and a field trip to a museum education session to broaden their knowledge.
The trip was open to the children with the top 30 results and costed 155.500, - HUF.
We are grateful for your kind support to help students achieve their childhood dreams!
